Our projects are run by operators who put AI agents to work. Each of them moves fast. Without someone holding the whole picture, each of them also sets up their own tools, instructions and servers, and the AI bill climbs without anyone seeing it. You are that someone.

Remote Freelance
The role
You are responsible for systems and DevOps, and you lead the technical coordination of every project. With the operators, you decide on shared workflows and tools, you write them once for everyone, and you make sure the organisation stays scalable, lean and efficient in token usage. You also own what runs: servers, backups, security, deployments.
What you will do
- Define shared workflows and tools with the operators, and document them so that the agents follow them too.
- Route model calls through a shared gateway, with a budget per project, and keep the table that picks the cheapest model that does the job.
- Track token usage per project and per client, and bring it down: caching, shorter context, structured outputs, open models when they are enough.
- Run the infrastructure: deployments, previews, servers in Europe, backups tested every month, access rights and secrets.
- Receive alerts, let an agent prepare the diagnosis, fix, then write the procedure so that the incident does not come back.
What we expect
- You have already owned a production infrastructure and its deployments.
- You write solid code in TypeScript, Python or Go, and you read other people’s code with suspicion.
- You have built internal tools that other teams adopted, and you know why they did.
- You know the real cost of an AI model: input and output prices, caching, context, and you have already brought a bill down.
- You write a procedure that someone else can follow at three in the morning, in French or in English.
The terms
- Fully remote, from wherever you like.
- Freelance contract, working time agreed together: a few days a month or full time.
- Pay is stated from the first conversation, depending on the role and the time involved.
- The tools and AI subscriptions needed for the work are provided.
