Audit

Acquisition audit: where your requests come from, and what each one costs you

In two weeks, you know which channels really bring you quote requests, what each one costs you, and why they went up or down. Search, visibility in AI answers, ads and website: one audit, with figures, and the order of work.

What you gain

Your requests, channel by channel

Google, ads, AI, LinkedIn, direct visits: each request finds its source, month by month, over a year and more.

The real cost of a request

We cross the ad accounts with the website measurement. You know what a request costs you, and where money goes without bringing anything.

The real share of your brand

What share of your visits comes from people who already know you, and what share from new buyers, counting the searches Google does not detail.

Figures explained

Each figure says where it comes from and over which period, in plain words, so your management can check it themselves.

Who it is for

  • Your quote requests are falling, and nobody can say which channel let go.
  • You pay for ads, and your agency’s figures do not match what your sales team receives.
  • You are preparing a marketing budget and want to base it on figures, not impressions.

What you receive

  • The origin of your quote and contact requests, month by month, channel by channel.
  • The cost per request of each ad campaign, and the searches that spend without returning anything.
  • How your visits and your visibility on Google have changed, over a year and more.
  • The share of your brand in your clicks, undetailed searches included.
  • Your visibility in AI answers, and the visits they send you.
  • The technical state of the site and its mobile speed, against your competitors.
  • Measurement errors: test requests counted, events set up wrong, abandoned forms.
  • An action plan ranked by impact and effort, presented to your management.

Frequently asked questions

How is it different from the SEO audit?

The SEO audit looks at your site and Google. The acquisition audit looks at everything that brings you requests, ads included, and puts figures on what each channel costs and brings.

Why do our measurement tool and our ad account not give the same figure?

Because they do not count the same thing: a visitor who refuses cookies is invisible to one, a conversion set up wrong inflates the other. We explain each gap and keep the figure that holds.

What access do you need?

Read-only access to your measurement tool, your Search Console and your ad accounts. We change nothing during the audit.

Rarely just one service. Most of our clients combine several: build your cart and ask for a bundled quote, a set of services gets a better price.

Ads made with AI: more of them, but all alike
