AI agents

AI assistant on your documents: the right answer, with its source

Your teams ask their questions in plain language and get the answer drawn from your procedures, contracts and files, with the source cited. Your data does not leave your server.

The market in figures

What public statistics, research and industry studies measure. Each figure links to its source, and when the author sells consulting or AI, we say so.

43%

of French companies that use AI are held back by concerns about data protection and privacy.

What you gain

No more endless searching

The knowledge buried in your folders becomes accessible with one question. No need to know where the document is filed.

Your experts freed up

The same internal questions no longer land on the same people ten times a day.

Reliable, verifiable answers

Every answer cites its source. When the assistant does not know, it says so instead of making something up.

Your data stays with you

With the self-hosted option, included, everything runs on your server or ours, in Europe. Your contracts do not go to a US provider.

Everyone sees what concerns them

Each department has its own knowledge bases, and everyone shares a common base. Each person only queries the documents they are entitled to.

A controlled cost per question

Self-hosted, a question costs almost nothing. Otherwise, every question is measured and capped.

Who it is for

  • Your knowledge sleeps in folders that nobody can find.
  • Your team answers the same internal questions ten times a day.
  • You refuse to send your contracts to a US provider.

What you receive

  • An assistant that knows your documents and cites its sources.
  • An interface on the web, Telegram or Slack, as you prefer.
  • Access rights per department, and a common base open to all.
  • The 100% self-hosted option, on a model installed on your side.
  • Answers tested and checked before opening to the team.
  • Your team trained, and documentation for what comes next.

Prerequisites

For the assistant to answer correctly, you need:

  • Up-to-date documents, stored where the assistant can read them.
  • A list of who may see what, department by department.
  • One person who tests the answers during setup.

How it goes

  1. Scoping

You tell us which documents, for whom, and which questions keep coming back.

  2. Build

We build the assistant on a first batch of your documents.

  3. Checks

We test its answers and tune it so that it makes nothing up.

  4. Opening

Your team uses it, and we follow up on the questions left unanswered.

Frequently asked questions

What makes the price vary beyond the package?

The package covers one document base and its access rights. Adding sources connected continuously, such as a CRM or a ticketing tool, or very fine per-person rights, takes more work: we quote it separately.

Can the assistant make up an answer?

It is set up to cite its sources and to answer “I do not know” when it is not sure. We made it a rule after paying the price of a model that invented things.

Do my documents go to the cloud?

Not with the self-hosted option, included: everything runs on your server or ours, in Europe.

How many documents can it handle?

From a few dozen to a few thousand. Beyond that, we organise the assistant by team and by use.

How do we separate what each department sees?

Each department has its own bases, and a common base stays open to all: procedures, offers, house rules. The filtering happens before the model reads a document, so what it does not see, it cannot repeat. Each base has an owner who decides what goes into it.

What if a question requires several searches?

The assistant then works in a loop: it searches, reads what it finds, checks that its answer rests on a source, and starts again as long as it does not. The number of rounds is capped, it reads without changing anything in your tools, and any action that would commit the company goes through a human first.

Rarely just one service. Most of our clients combine several: build your cart and ask for a bundled quote, a set of services gets a better price.

Agentic AI: how an agent's loop works

An AI agent does not do everything in one go: it runs in a loop, gathers context, acts, checks and starts again. Understanding that loop means knowing where to put the controls, the limits and the human review.

Who enforces the AI Act in France? The law is still pending

Adopted by the French Senate on 18 February 2026, the bill naming the AI Act enforcement authorities is still waiting for the National Assembly. Who would supervise what under the Senate text, what already applies without it, and what a business can prepare in the meantime.

AI reads your browser tabs: what rule for your business?

In mid-October 2026, ChatGPT's Chrome extension learned to read open tabs and act in them, and Apple announced it would tighten disk access on Macs because of AI agents. What a browser assistant really sees, and the simple rule that says, tab by tab, where it belongs.
