CRM and ERP

Custom CRM and ERP, with no per-user licence

A CRM or ERP that speaks your business, that your team actually uses, and whose bill does not climb with every hire. Twenty, Dolibarr or Odoo: we choose the right fit with you, install it on your infrastructure and train your team, at a fixed price.

The market in figures

What public statistics, research and industry studies measure. Each figure links to its source, and when the author sells consulting or AI, we say so.

27.1%

of French companies with 10 to 49 people use customer relationship management (CRM) software, and 45.6% of those with 50 to 249.

Companies with 10 or more people, excluding agriculture, mining and finance (isoc_eb_iip database).

82%

of US executives surveyed expect per-seat pricing of online software (SaaS) to become less relevant in their industry, and 95% expect their relationship with software vendors to change within five years.

534 US executives at SVP level or above whose organisation already invests in AI, surveyed from April to May 2026. EY sells consulting and AI services.

What you gain

No per-user licence

Your team grows, the bill does not follow. Twenty and Dolibarr are open source, and so is Odoo in its Community edition: you pay for the set-up and, if you wish, for operations, not for a subscription per head. If your needs require Odoo Enterprise, its per-user licence is costed before we start.

Your data belongs to you

The tool runs on your server or ours. Your customers and your figures do not depend on a vendor that changes its prices or its terms.

A tool the team adopts

Fields, stages and views modelled on your vocabulary: everyone finds their way from day one, and the tool is used instead of being bypassed by a spreadsheet.

No more re-keying

Connected to your website, your emails and the tools you keep: information entered once reaches everywhere it is needed.

Twenty, our recommendation

An open-source, modern and very flexible CRM: objects, fields and automations are created without development, and everything is accessible through an API. We use it every day and contribute to the open-source project.

The right size, not the biggest

Twenty for customer relationships, Dolibarr to manage everything in one simple tool, Odoo when the company needs a full ERP. We recommend the smallest tool that genuinely covers the need.

Who it is for

  • 3 to 30 people who want to steer their sales and their customers: Twenty.
  • 5 to 50 people who want quotes, invoices, stock and projects in a single tool: Dolibarr.
  • 20 people and more, several companies or demanding accounting: Odoo.

What you receive

  • The choice of solution, argued on your processes and your volumes.
  • The tool installed and backed up, on your server or ours.
  • A configuration in your vocabulary.
  • Your existing data migrated, deduplicated and checked.
  • Connections to your website, your emails and your other tools.
  • Lead nurturing in place: lead scoring, email sequences, an alert to sales when a lead is ready.
  • The pipeline tracked stage by stage, with the quarter’s sales forecast.
  • Your team trained, and documentation for what comes next.

Prerequisites

Before installation, we need:

  • The steps of your sales cycle, even on one sheet.
  • Your contacts and deals exportable from the current tool or a spreadsheet.
  • One person who decides which fields to keep.

How it goes

  1. Choice

Before recommending anything, we review your processes, the tools you keep and what must connect to them, the team’s ease with digital tools and its training needs. Twenty, Dolibarr and Odoo are compared on that basis.

  2. Design

You validate the configuration and the data migration before the build.

  3. Deployment

Installation, migration and connections in two-week stages, with training alongside.

  4. Go-live

Assisted start, then follow-up checkpoints at 30 and 90 days.

Frequently asked questions

What makes the price vary?

First the solution: Twenty, Dolibarr or Odoo. Then the volume and state of the data to migrate, how many tools connect to the CRM, and how many teams to train. The selection workshop sets the price before we start.

Why do you recommend Twenty?

Because it adapts to almost any business without development: you create your own objects and fields, your views and your automations, and everything connects through an API. It is open source, with no per-user licence, and we know it from the inside because we use it every day and contribute to the project.

Why three solutions and not one?

Because an oversized ERP abandoned after six months costs more than no ERP at all. We recommend the smallest tool that genuinely covers the need.

Self-hosted means I have to look after it?

No. You own it, and we take care of backups, updates and monitoring during go-live, then on subscription if you wish.

What happens to my HubSpot data or my spreadsheet?

It is migrated, deduplicated and checked after import. Nothing doubtful goes in as is: you start on a clean base.

What is lead nurturing, and does the CRM handle it?

Lead nurturing means guiding the leads who are not yet ready to buy: useful content at the right pace, a score that follows their interest, and sales alerted when the time comes. The CRM handles it, instead of letting those leads fade away in an inbox.

Can the CRM forecast our sales?

Yes, if the pipeline is kept up to date. Each stage gets a probability of closing, the sum of weighted deals gives the quarter’s forecast, and a stalled deal triggers an alert. The forecast sharpens as deals go through.

Can we add AI to the CRM without the bill climbing?

Yes, by keeping it for the tasks where it pays: summarising an exchange, sorting an incoming lead, preparing a follow-up that the salesperson reads before it goes out. Each task becomes a workflow connected to the CRM, costed separately, where we combine several models, each on what it does well at the lowest cost, with a cache so that the same answer is never paid for twice. On Palmora Property, switching to an AI model divided the translation cost by 60, and a cache serves 95% of segments without calling the model again.

Rarely just one service. Most of our clients combine several: build your cart and ask for a bundled quote, a set of services gets a better price.
