Measurement

Request tracking and management dashboard: one reliable number per channel

Your management sees at a glance how many requests each channel brings, what they cost and what they become. We clean up the measurement, build the dashboard and, every month, reconcile it with what your sales team receives.

What you gain

Figures management believes

Tests, duplicates and false submissions are removed. The number of requests on the dashboard is the one your sales team recognises.

Everything in one place

Search Console, website measurement, ad accounts and speed in one dashboard, open at all times.

From click to order

Reconciled with your sales, requests finally say what they bring, channel by channel.

A dated starting point

The figures of the first month become your reference: every action is then judged against them.

Who it is for

  • Each of your tools gives a different figure, and nobody knows which one to believe.
  • Your management receives click reports, but not the number of requests or their cost.
  • You are launching a marketing plan and want to measure the before and after.

What you receive

  • An audit of your measurement: what is declared, what really comes through, what is missing.
  • A tracking plan: quote requests, contacts, calls and started forms.
  • Tests and internal submissions removed from the figures.
  • The management dashboard: requests, visits, cost per request and speed, channel by channel.
  • The dated starting point of each indicator.
  • In follow-up: monthly reconciliation with the requests received by your sales team, and a note on what moved.

How it goes

  1. Audit

We compare what your tools count with what you really receive.

  2. Tracking

Each request is measured once, and only once.

  3. Dashboard

Every source in one dashboard, open to your management.

  4. Reconciliation

Every month, the figures against the requests actually received.

Frequently asked questions

What about visitors who refuse cookies?

They are invisible to most measurement tools. We say so in every report, and the reconciliation with the requests actually received gives the gap. Cookieless measurement can reduce it, in line with the GDPR.

Which tools do you use?

The ones you already have when they are enough. Any new tool is shown to you with its price before it is committed, and it is opened in your name.

Do we need a CRM?

Not to start: a simple export of the requests received is enough for the reconciliation. With a CRM, the dashboard can go as far as orders won.

Rarely just one service. Most of our clients combine several: build your cart and ask for a bundled quote, a set of services gets a better price.
