Case studies

Our work

A few of the projects we have delivered, across different sectors. Each study says who the project was for, what we built, what it changes and what is still to be proven.

Real estate · Portal, CRM and automations

Palmora Property

A real-estate portal in six languages, run from a CRM and updated every morning with no re-typing

Palmora Property lists properties for sale and rent in Phuket. We built the website, the CRM that serves as its back office and the automations that connect them: a listing approved in the CRM is live in six languages the next morning, or straight away at the push of a button.

E-commerce · Takeover and turnaround

Peluche Kingdom

An acquired online store, put back on its feet in a month without sacrificing its SEO

Peluche Kingdom sells plush toys on Shopify. Its new owners handed it to us with an incomplete catalogue, an ageing theme and sales practices to clean up. In a month, the store changed theme, catalogue and languages, and every withdrawn address got its redirect.

App · Web, iOS and Android

Challenge Us

A group-challenge app and a website where every figure is sourced

Challenge Us was born from a two-person bet: a hundred push-ups a day. It became a group-challenge app where everyone logs their day and sees the others’ live. Around the challenges, it also tracks what matters day to day: a food diary with barcode scanning, a weight curve, a regular wellbeing check and routines to keep alone or with others. All with no ads, no public profile, and a website whose articles cite no figure without its source.

Players For Life

A video-game media site in five languages, written by an automated pipeline: more than 51,000 articles on WordPress

Players For Life covers video-game, film and esports news in English, French, German, Spanish and Swedish. An automated production pipeline writes, files and publishes on WordPress, under the bylines of 25 writer personas: one team per language.

Migration · SEO audit, topic clusters and Astro

A digital agency of about twenty people, kept anonymous because it sells SEO and web design itself

A site of several hundred pages moved off Drupal 7: three times lighter, better linked, without losing a single URL

A digital agency of about twenty people wanted to leave an end-of-life Drupal 7 without losing the traffic that brings in its clients. We measured the existing site, redrew its topic clusters, migrated every page to Astro, reworked the content and switched the site over with a rollback ready.
