What it is

Twenty is an open-source CRM released under the AGPL licence. It looks like the modern tools your teams already know: tables, column views, one record per customer with the history of your exchanges. Its strength lies elsewhere: you create your own objects (properties, contracts, building sites), your fields and your automations without development, and everything connects through an API.

Your team grows, the bill does not. You pay for the set-up and, if you wish, for running it.

It speaks your business

Objects, fields and views are created in your own vocabulary: the tool gets used instead of being bypassed with a spreadsheet.

Your data stays with you

Installed on your server or ours, it does not depend on a vendor who changes its prices or its terms.

Ready for AI

Everything is available through the API, and Twenty opens its data to AI assistants: an agent can read and update the CRM, with only the rights you give it.

How we use it ourselves

  • Twenty is the back office of Palmora Property, a real-estate portal in Thailand: properties, areas, contacts and deals live there, and the public site updates from the CRM.
  • A “Publish to the site” button in the CRM puts a listing online without waiting for the morning sync.
  • Every enquiry sent from the site is saved, then creates the contact and the deal in Twenty, and the team is alerted in its channel.
  • It runs on our server, next to n8n, with its backups and a restore test every month.
  • A small custom app lets the team sort a property’s photos and change a listing’s status without leaving the record.
  • We report back to the Twenty team what production teaches us: 17 improvement proposals published since May 2026, including a photo gallery you reorder by drag and drop.

How we install it for you

  1. Choice

    We check with you that Twenty is the right tool. If what you need is a full ERP, we tell you so, and Dolibarr or Odoo take over.

  2. Configuration

    Your objects, your fields, your sales stages and your views, in your vocabulary. You approve before we build.

  3. Data and connections

    Your existing data imported, deduplicated and checked, then the CRM connected to your site, your email and your other tools.

  4. Go-live

    Team trained, backups and monitoring in place, then follow-up reviews at 30 and 90 days.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to pay a licence for Twenty?

No, not when it is self-hosted: the software is open source. You pay for the set-up and, if you wish, for running it (backups, updates, monitoring). The vendor also offers a version hosted on its side, billed per user.

Twenty or HubSpot?

HubSpot goes further on marketing, and is paid per user and per tier. Twenty covers customer relationships and sales, adapts to your business, and your data stays with you. If you switch, we move your HubSpot data over.

Can we use it without you?

Yes. It is yours, on your server, with its documentation. Having us run it is an option, not a condition.

Can we drive Twenty from an AI assistant?

Yes. Twenty publishes its own MCP server, at your workspace address followed by /mcp: your AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Mistral…) finds and updates your records there, with the role of the connected user. We set those rights up with you.
