The role
You turn a need into a closed scope, then into a work plan. You split tasks between agents and operators, you prepare the follow up meetings, and you say early what is drifting. The client has a single person to talk to: you.
What you will do
- Run the scoping conversations and write the project scope.
- Keep the roadmap and warn as soon as a deadline or a cost moves.
- Prepare meeting notes and follow up meetings with the help of agents.
- Review deliverables before they go to the client.
- Train the client’s team so that it is independent after delivery.
What we expect
- You have already run web, software or transformation projects for clients.
- You can say no to an out of scope request, and suggest what comes next.
- You use AI to write, summarise and prepare, and you review everything.
- You write and speak with ease in French and English.
The terms
- Fully remote, from wherever you like.
- Freelance contract, working time agreed together: a few days a month or full time.
- Pay is stated from the first conversation, depending on the role and the time involved.
- The tools and AI subscriptions needed for the work are provided.
