30 to 150 users. START plus analytical accounting, management reporting, HR and leave, client portal. Measurable gains at six months on indicators set together, or we step in at no extra charge.

What we have already done
We have run Twenty in production for our own companies since early 2025, connected to a site that publishes its data and fed automatically every morning. On Dolibarr and Odoo we present the scope and the price, without claiming a track record we do not have.
What it costs to run
No per-user licence: the tool grows with the team without the bill following. What remains is operations (backups, updates, monitoring), which we handle on subscription if you wish.
Frequently asked questions
Why three solutions and not one?
Because an oversized ERP abandoned after six months is the worst scenario we know. The scoping recommends the smallest solution that genuinely covers the need.
Self-hosted means I have to look after it?
No. You own it; operations (backups, updates, monitoring) are covered during go-live and available afterwards on subscription.
What about my HubSpot data or my spreadsheet?
It is migrated, deduplicated and checked after import. An inherited value that is not clean does not go in as is: we learned that migrating our own databases.
