Email marketing and CRM

Email marketing and CRM: the right message, to the right person, at the right time

Your CRM segments your clients and leads based on what they actually do, AI writes and triggers each message when it matters, and your emails land in the inbox, not in spam.

What you gain

Segments that stay alive

No more frozen lists exported once a year: segments update themselves from the CRM, forms, appointments and purchases.

The right moment, without thinking about it

A deadline coming up, a matching property, a lead back on the site: the message goes out when it is most likely to be read.

Personal, at scale

AI adapts each email to the contact’s profile, language and history. You approve the tone and templates, it does the rest.

In the inbox

Authenticated sending domain, monitored reputation, cleaned lists: your emails are delivered, and every send is measured.

Who it is for

  • Your contacts sleep in a CRM, a spreadsheet or business software, and nobody writes to them.
  • You send the same newsletter to everyone, and unsubscribes keep rising.
  • Your emails go out from a regular mailbox or a badly set up tool, and end up in spam.

What you receive

  • Connecting the CRM and data sources to the sending tool.
  • Sending domain setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and a gradual warm-up.
  • Segments and automated scenarios, written with you.
  • Email templates in your brand, written and adapted by AI.
  • Content sends at the chosen pace: daily digest, weekly newsletter, monthly review.
  • GDPR-compliant consent and unsubscribe.
  • A monthly report: deliverability, opens, clicks, meetings and sales.

Prerequisites

The best scenarios combine several data sources. We connect the ones you already have:

  • The CRM (Twenty, Dolibarr, Odoo, or any CRM open through an API).
  • Site forms and visits, with the visitor’s consent.
  • Appointment booking and the calendar.
  • Invoicing, accounting or the online store.
  • Support and customer reviews.

How it goes

  1. Scoping

We map your data, your contacts and the key moments of your client relationship.

  2. Connection

CRM, forms and business tools are connected, the sending domain is authenticated.

  3. Scenarios

Segments, messages and triggers are set up and tested on a sample.

  4. Management

Every month, we measure, adjust the messages and open new scenarios.

Concrete examples, by trade

Content at every pace

Every day, week or month, AI produces the content from your sources (industry news, new products, site articles) and each contact receives a digest of what interests them in particular. The same content is shared on your social networks. It is the pipeline behind Players For Life, a video game media outlet whose articles are produced and published automatically.

Fiduciary: tax deadlines

Each client gets, at the right time, a reminder of their own deadlines (VAT, returns, year-end) with the list of documents to provide. Late clients are chased automatically, and the firm only calls those who are stuck.

Accounting firm: selling engagements

The CRM spots clients whose situation changes (new company, first hire, revenue growth) and offers them the useful service: payroll, advice, optimisation. A monthly tax news letter, summarised by AI, keeps the relationship alive.

Fiduciary: onboarding new clients

An onboarding sequence explains the steps, collects the documents and introduces the contact person. The first month runs without dozens of emails exchanged by hand.

Real estate: the matching property

Each buyer or tenant receives the new properties that match their search (area, budget, type) as soon as they go online, in their language. It is the principle we set up for Palmora Property, a real-estate portal in Thailand, whose CRM feeds the site.

Real estate: owners

Owners receive a regular update on their property: viewings, enquiries, local market prices. Those hesitating to sign a mandate get a valuation at the right time.

Real estate: leads going cold

A contact who has not replied for 30 days receives a fresh selection or a price drop on a property they viewed, before joining the lost contacts list.

Frequently asked questions

Why not send from our own mailbox?

A regular mailbox is not built for bulk sending: beyond a few hundred emails, it blocks you or marks you as spam, and your domain keeps the mark, including for your everyday emails. We send from a dedicated infrastructure, with an authenticated domain, a gradual warm-up and continuous reputation monitoring.

What gets an email into the inbox?

An authenticated domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), a clean list with no dead addresses or contacts who never asked, a volume that rises gradually, and messages that interest those who receive them. Since 2024, Gmail and Yahoo require it from bulk senders: without these settings, your emails are rejected.

Does AI write the emails for us?

It adapts them to each contact from templates you approve. Sensitive messages, like an unpaid invoice reminder, are still reviewed by your team.

What about GDPR?

Each contact has a recorded consent or a client relationship that justifies the send, each email has an unsubscribe link, and the data stays in your CRM.
