What we have already done
Our own server hosts a dozen services for five portfolio companies: CRM, automation, analytics, e-signature, invoicing, AI models. We have also lived through the incident that takes a whole production down, and it produced our operating rules.
What it costs to run
A fixed-cost server instead of per-user subscriptions. Managed operations at €450/month cover monitoring, updates and tested backups; without it, you operate with our documentation.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really cheaper?
It depends on the number of users and the tools replaced: the audit costs your case over three years before you decide. We do not migrate what is not worth it.
Who fixes things at 3 a.m.?
With managed operations, we do, under an agreed on-call. Without it, the documentation and tested backups are there so that it is rare and recoverable.
