Frequently asked questions
Is it really cheaper?
It depends on your number of users and the tools replaced. The audit costs your case over three years before you decide, and we do not migrate what is not worth it.
Who fixes things at 3 a.m.?
With managed operations, we do, under an on-call arrangement agreed together. Without them, the documentation and tested backups make an incident recoverable.
Which tools?
The ones we run ourselves: Twenty, n8n, Matomo, Docuseal, Documenso, InvoiceNinja, Ollama. Others on request, if we know how to operate them.
Can AI run on it too?
Yes, if you have a use for it. For anything that touches your sensitive data, an open model runs on your server with Ollama: nothing leaves. Other tasks go to the model that is enough, chosen on measurements rather than the most expensive one, with spending caps. Combining several models, each on what it does well, is what keeps the AI bill low.
And AI agents?
When a task calls for one. On your server, n8n can run an agent: it acts, checks its result and starts again until it reaches the goal. We keep it for tasks that chain steps a rule cannot foresee, with a capped number of rounds, limited rights and human approval before anything that commits the company. When a rule is enough, we set up a rule.
