What we build for ourselves
Our products
Before we sell an offer, we run it on our own products. Here are the ones we publish and operate, what each one does, and the offer it proves.

Challenge Us
Live on the web · iOS and Android in preparation
An app where a group sets itself a goal (a hundred push-ups a day, ten thousand steps, a month without alcohol) and everyone sees the others’ progress live, with a notification each time a partner logs an entry.
- Born on 1 September 2026 to keep a two-person promise of a hundred push-ups a day, running in the browser the next day.
- One codebase for web, iPhone and Android (React Native and Expo), a Supabase back end with real time and server functions.
- The day is computed by the server in each participant’s time zone: someone in Paris and someone in Bangkok each have their own day.
- Version 1.56 on 1 October 2026, with a release log readable inside the app.
Real-estate portal · Thailand
Palmora
In production
A property listings portal in Thailand, built and run by us, from the website to the CRM that receives the enquiries.
- Astro website served in six languages, more than 3,000 addresses.
- Self-hosted Twenty CRM connected to the site, fed every day by n8n workflows that import new properties.
- Structured translation pipeline, with strict parity of content keys across languages.
E-commerce · Acquired store
An acquired online store
Turnaround under way
An online store acquired with incomplete product pages, which we are putting back on its feet before growing it.
- 653 products reviewed, 481 of them enriched automatically then proofread.
- Catalogue clean-up decided by crossing sales with Search Console data.
AI agent · Telegram
A bookkeeping agent on Telegram
In internal use
A bookkeeping entry agent: send it a photo of a receipt on Telegram, it extracts supplier, amount, VAT, date and category, and files the receipt.
- Duplicates, amount consistency and a confidence threshold checked before anything is written.
- A single human step: approve the entry with one button, inside the messaging app.
