n8n connects your tools and chains tasks for you: an order, an invoice or a request comes in, and the rest happens with no re-typing. We use it for our own companies and install it on your server, with no per-operation bill.

What it is
n8n is an automation platform: a process is drawn as connected blocks, a trigger then actions, and it runs on its own. It connects to hundreds of services, talks to any tool that has an API, and takes code or an AI model when a rule is not enough. Its code is public, under a licence that lets a company host it for its own needs.
Why we chose it
No per-operation bill
Self-hosted, it costs only the server it runs on. Volume grows, the bill does not.
AI only where it helps
Most steps follow simple rules. AI comes in only to read, sort or write, with the right-sized model and a capped cost.
Nothing breaks silently
Every run leaves a trace, and an error alerts someone instead of sleeping in a log.
Your data stays with you
Information flows between your tools without going through a third party that bills by usage.

- On Palmora, a workflow gives an internal reference to every new property entered in the CRM.

Why n8n rather than Make or Zapier?
Make and Zapier bill per operation: the more your business grows, the higher the bill. n8n runs on your side for the price of the server, and your data does not pass through a third party. It is our default choice, not an exclusive one.
Does every automation need AI?
No, and it is often the opposite. A simple rule is safer and cheaper than a model. We put AI where a rule is no longer enough, like reading an invoice or understanding a request written in free text.
Who looks after it once delivered?
Your team, trained and documented, or us, with monthly monitoring: alerts, fixes and changes.
