Retouche: comment on the page, approve the change
Retouche is our website feedback tool. You tap a heading, a block or a sentence, write what you want changed, and the request leaves with everything needed to find it again. It comes back as a change ready to approve: nothing goes live without your say-so.

What it is
A small bubble shows up on the site, only for the people who hold the key. You target an element, quote a passage or comment on the whole page, pick the kind of feedback (text, design, structure, bug), and send it, alone or in a batch. Each piece of feedback carries the targeted element, the title of its section, the screen size and the browser: no more explaining where the problem is.

From remark to change
Each piece of feedback is picked up by our coding agent, which prepares the change and answers in one line: what changed, and where to see it.
Nothing goes out without you
Every change goes through a preview that you approve before it goes live.
How we use it ourselves
- We use it on brainplusai.com: it is how our founder reviews the site and asks for fixes, from a phone or a computer.
- Feedback left on the preview of a change in progress reaches the agent handling it right away, which applies it and replies.
- Feedback left on the live site is picked up every morning and grouped into a single change to review.
- Visitors never see the bubble: it only shows on the devices where we have switched it on.
