What it is
Shopify is a hosted online store platform: payments, orders, catalogue and themes in a monthly subscription, with no server to manage. It extends through apps and is driven by an API, which lets us automate the catalogue, translations and order tracking.

Updates, security and traffic spikes are Shopify’s job, not your team’s.

How we use it ourselves
- Peluche Kingdom, a plush toy store entrusted to us by its new owners, runs on Shopify: theme, catalogue and languages brought up to standard in one month.
- 481 product pages enriched and reviewed, with sizes, materials and ages in filterable fields.
- Three languages added, German, Danish and Swedish: six in total.
- 516 redirects set up and checked: no address removed without its replacement.
- Orders, refunds and delays reach the team’s channels, and abandoned carts are followed up with two emails.

Shopify or WooCommerce?
Shopify spares you hosting, plugins to update and the vulnerabilities that come with them. WooCommerce costs less at the start, but needs maintenance few teams keep up. We migrate from one to the other without losing your rankings.
Can we migrate without losing traffic?
Yes: every old address is redirected and checked after the switch. On Peluche Kingdom, 516 redirects were checked one by one.
Will we be able to run the store ourselves afterwards?
Yes. Your team is trained and documented; we remain available for changes if you wish.
